Mr. Vick has handled various cases involving real estate, including a substantial jury verdict on behalf of a real estate broker for commissions from the sale of a commercial office building. The verdict was upheld by the Texas Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Vick has represented Texas property owners on various condemnation issues including and up to eminent domain litigation.
