Mr. Vick worked for Arco Oil and Gas Company, a division of Atlantic Richfield Company for six years prior to attending law school. While with Arco, Mr. Vick worked as a Landman responsible for acquisition and sale of producing oil and gas properties; and negotiation of contracts to develop acreage for oil and gas exploration and development. Mr. Vick received the Vice Presidential Award for Exploration Excellence. Since that time, Mr. Vick has handled various title related issues and exploration agreements as they pertain to oil and gas exploration, as well as representing land owners in the drafting of complex oil and gas leases and agreements.

Mr. Vick received Basic Mediation Training in 1998 through the Attorney-Mediators Institute, and received Advanced Mediation Training in 2010 to include certification to conduct family law mediations.

Mr. Vick is also available to mediate commercial and business cases; probate, trust and estate litigation; personal injury and product liability cases, employment cases, including discrimination and wrongful termination; insurance cases; DTPA, construction; and wrongful foreclosure cases; and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.

Fee arrangement depends on the nature and complexity of the case, the number of parties involved, and whether the mediation is scheduled for a half day or full day.  Please contact our office for a fee schedule.

Mr. Vick spent six years prior to law school with a fortune 100 company in various capacities, including business analyst. He has provided business/consulting services to include entity formation, handling of contracts and the closing of buying and selling businesses and commercial ventures. In addition, Mr. Vick handles both litigation and support services for businesses and entities in State and Federal Courts in Texas.

Mr. Vick has handled numerous employment related cases up to and including litigation, including discrimination based wrongful discharge cases against a major telecommunications company. In addition, he has consulted on employment related contracts and agreements, and has advised small business/employers on employment issues and procedures.
